Withdrawal & Dismissal

Transfer certifiate will be issued only when the parent/ guardian applies for it in the prescribed form before 15 days, after all the dues have been cleared in the offie.

• The management acting through the Principal reserves the right to discharge any student who is deemed unsatisfactory/unfi in respect of studies, general conduct and discipline (misbehaviour in public place, streets and conveyances). In such cases, Principal shall not be bound to give any reason.
• Irregular attendance, neglect of studies and class work, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the staff and injurious conduct to the moral tone of the school are suffiient reasons for the dismissal of a student. (those who are misbehaving in exams will also be dismissed without any hearing).
• Duplicates of transfer certifiates will not be issued unless the request is supported by an affiavit, stating reasons for the request, with a prescribed fee.
